2015 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep garnet-purple in color with a nose of dried herbs, earth, and rich brambly berries. The palate is medium to full-bodied with firm tannins and a soft lingering finish. Bing cherry, plum, graphite, leather, and fennel endow this masculine Cabernet Sauvignon with considerable personality and affability.  A beautiful glass on its own or paired with a cigar, Yeats, a Sunday roast, or beet and goat cheese salad.

Winemaker Notes
The 2015 vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon has a beautiful nose of black cherry, cassis and forest floor. With considerable personality, this estate Cabernet is elegantly layered wine with a complexity of dark fruits, spice, leather and graphite. This wine can be approached now, but should be even better in several years and last for 15-20 or more.
